Visa Direct is a payment solution that lets you send and receive money in real-time. Through years of partnership, the SevenDesign team has supported Visa Direct by building out new web pages for Visa.com, assembling case studies, expanding on Visa's brand for sub-products, and more.
More recently, Visa approached SevenDesign to help develop a new Partner Program for their Visa Direct clients. The program allows select partners to access exclusive training, materials, and information through a self-service partner portal. We teamed up with product and developer teams at Visa to build a portal that catered to the different user types, provided intuitive navigation, and offered users guidance through the program. The program is now expanding globally and we continue to support with portal design as it grows.
My role involved information architecture, user experience, and interface design. I was initially the lead visual designer for the brand & product and transitioned to design director for continued support with various assets, marketing materials, and a global portal build-out.
